  • Milestone completion will be conveyed to the customer, and invoice payment signifies acceptance of the work completed to date.

  • Didsbury Web Design uses various technologies, including Third Party Content, and the customer acknowledges that availability may be subject to external licenses, which may be terminated.
  • No guarantee is made regarding continuous or uninterrupted access to the Didsbury Web Design website.

Customer Obligations and Acknowledgements

  • Customers are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, violating system security, spamming, and providing false information.
  • Customers must refrain from high-volume activities such as chat pages or contests without written permission from Didsbury Web Design.
  • If any customer behaviour disrupts the integrity of Didsbury Web Design’s services, measures may be taken, including termination of service.
